From SOE creation and SCCM imaging to Intune and Autopilot enrolment, our provisioning services are designed to reduce the workload on your IT team and ensure a consistent, secure deployment every time.

What We Do at Our Provisioning Centre

Whether your organisation uses traditional device management tools or modern management, we can design, host, configure, and deploy SCCM or Intune images at source. Devices are provisioned before they reach you, removing the need for hands-on work before deployment.

Where devices need to be domain-joined during the imaging process, we host a secure access server at our Brisbane provisioning centre providing VPN network access. Setup of this service is free of charge and there are no ongoing management costs – we take care of it all.

Working with Intune and Autopilot? We coordinate with our vendors to register your devices in your tenant and ensure they’re ready for provisioning when they arrive. We can take devices through the provisioning steps to ensure they arrive with end users ready to use. We can handle as much or as little of this process as you need.

Where your organisation uses custom BIOS settings, we provision these before delivery. This includes BIOS asset tags, security and policy edits, and even your logo on boot. You provide the requirements and our team delivers devices pre-configured and ready to go.

One of the most frustrating things for end users is updates on a new device. We pre-provision devices to remove this pain – bloatware is removed, the operating system and drivers are brought up to date, and the device is prepared to receive an image through modern management deployment solutions.

Our service teams unbox, test, and tag devices before they are delivered, significantly reducing dead-on-arrival instances and ensuring devices arrive in a safe and working condition. Asset tags are applied to help you track your fleet, and full reporting is provided for device management updating.

Custom Packing Services

Many of our customers want to improve the experience of their teams when receiving a new device. We can put together packages that include supporting peripherals, a carry bag, welcome instructions, and even non-tech accessories. End users receive everything they need in a single neat package, enhancing their onboarding experience.
