The team at Computer Alliance went out of their way to find replacement laptops for us when it was discovered our laptops was still on the manufacturing floor in China. After two days of hard searching laptops was found and by day 4 our girls helped us unload the delivery truck knowing it now wouldn’t be long before they would have their laptops. We have been supported by Computer Alliance (CA) for a little over 2 years now, with our partnership starting in Term 2 of 2018. At first there were hesitations due to the unfamiliarity of what CA could do for us, aside from selling PCs and accessories, which is what I knew them for. Fast forward to 2020, we cannot be happier. Our partnership with CA has ensured that our 1 to 1 laptop program is always in top shape from ordering, to repairs, insurance claims (ADP) and everything that we require to ensure that we get high quality support and services. CA has been involved in almost every aspect of technology purchase for the College including accessories, audio visual equipment and CCTV systems. When CA have been unable to assist on a technology that they do not support they help us by pointing to the correct direction with contacts and references. Computer Alliance is highly recommended!
