Our Build Process

Your Computer Alliance account manager works with you to define the right specification. We consider your applications, budget, future requirements, and any enterprise standards or management policies that need to be accommodated.

Our experienced technicians assemble every workstation by hand. Components are carefully selected for compatibility and quality, and systems are built in our Brisbane facility with attention to cable management, airflow, and serviceability.

Before any workstation leaves our facility, it undergoes comprehensive stress testing. We push the processor, memory, GPU, and storage to their limits to identify any component issues before the system reaches you. We also install the latest operating system updates and drivers so the system is fully current on arrival.

If required, we can image your workstation with your organisation’s SOE, configure custom BIOS settings, apply asset tags, and deploy via managed delivery or white glove service – the same provisioning capabilities we offer across our full device range.

Pre-Configured Systems

For organisations that prefer ready-to-go solutions, we also offer a range of pre-configured workstations and business desktops. These systems are assembled and tested to the same standards as our custom builds and are available for faster delivery.
