Hardware Procurement and Implementation

We manage end-to-end hardware procurement for government organisations, including desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, storage, networking equipment, peripherals, and accessories. Our procurement team handles vendor-agnostic device selection, quoting, ordering, and delivery, with the option to hold stock in our Brisbane warehouses to reduce lead times from weeks to days.

Our implementation services include device imaging and SOE deployment, custom BIOS configuration, asset tagging and inventory reporting, managed delivery across South East Queensland with our own vehicle fleet, and white glove deployment where our technicians set up devices at the end user’s desk.
