I am passionate about people, technology as an enabler and Queensland small businesses in our IT industry.  Over the last thirty years, I have been blessed to work with some great technology organisations both large and small.  I have been mentor to many and hope that I have contributed to their development and success. 

I joined the Computer Alliance team in 2020 and love the culture of honesty, frankness and commitment to customer service that permeates all levels of the organisation. We have recently been appointed to two Whole of Government IT procurement panels which is testimony to our bona fides as one of Queensland’s leading IT integrators. 

I still get great satisfaction engaging with customers at all levels.  I look forward to meeting with you.

Azaan Shariff

Business Development Associate

I am one of the younger members of the team and fascinated with breakneck speed of technology development. After completing my Marketing degree at Griffith University in 2016, I chose to pursue a career in the IT industry and have found it both challenging and rewarding.  I am constantly amazed at how technology continues to evolve at such a rapid pace and love to share relevant insights with our customers.

I am a service-oriented individual who loves engaging with our diverse customer base.   My role as a Sales Associate is multi-faceted and encompasses supporting our team of senior business development managers, engaging with vendors and distributors, and ensuring that we maintain our desired service levels with our customers. I get a great deal of satisfaction from my problem-solving skills, especially when customers give me positive feedback.  I love the Computer Alliance culture and am looking forward to my next career progression.

Shane Rayson

Account Manager

I am a knowledgeable and experienced Account Manager that prides myself on my listening skills and the ability to “think outside of the square”.  I have a good grasp of technology and can scope bespoke servers and workstations to meet the specific needs of high-end users such as engineers, CAD designers, software developers and more. 

Developing cost-effective solutions for our customers whether it be hardware, software or services gives me a great level of satisfaction.  I have a passion for customer service and pride myself on my responsiveness and the ability to design solutions that meet my customers’ technical and budgetary requirements.

I have a good understanding of a broad range of solutions and constantly seek to embrace new technologies that will benefit my customers. 

I embarked on my career at Computer Alliance team in early 2017 as a Sales Trainee and worked hard to progress internally and have loved the challenges and rewards that the last 4 years have brought to me.  I look forward to being of service to you.
